A complete rear extension and home improvement project in Teddington, replacing the existing conservatory with a larger, fully insulated extension and improved connection to the garden.
The existing conservatory was removed and the footprint extended, with YSI carrying out the new foundations, drainage and plumbing, brickwork and blockwork, insulated roof construction, rooflights, new windows and doors, together with the associated internal finishing works.
The project also included improvements to the garden, with new landscaping and defined planting borders, as well as decorative wall panelling to a separate room at the front of the property.
The completed extension created a brighter and more practical living space with considerably more natural light and a much stronger connection between the house and garden.
