A complete house refurbishment and rear extension project in South West London, combining extensive internal improvements with additional living space.
The works included the construction of a new single-storey rear extension with structural alterations, creating a larger kitchen and living area with new finishes, flooring, plumbing and electrical installations.
Internally, the property was extensively refurbished, including a new first-floor bathroom, ground-floor WC, bespoke fitted joinery and carpentry, new flooring and the restoration of the existing parquet flooring. The works also included tiling, plastering, decorating and associated upgrades throughout the house.
The completed project transformed and modernised the existing property while retaining original features such as the restored parquet flooring and creating a much more practical connection between the house and garden.
