A complete refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing three-bedroom house in Hackney, London, transforming the property into a four-bedroom home with three bathrooms.
The property was fully stripped out and taken back to the original structure before being rebuilt and finished throughout. The internal layout was specifically redesigned to maximise the property's potential as a rental home, creating an additional bedroom and two additional bathrooms while making more efficient use of the available space.
YSI delivered the complete project from start to finish, including new electrical and plumbing installations throughout, three bathrooms, kitchen installation, flooring, carpentry and joinery, plastering, decorating and associated finishing works.
The completed refurbishment transformed the original three-bedroom, one-bathroom property into a modern four-bedroom, three-bathroom home designed to provide considerably more practical and flexible accommodation.
